Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Turn Around Times
Orders have a turn around time of 2-4 weeks. Some products take less time and you will receive them before the 2 weeks are even up. Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email and if we need any more details from you about your order you will also be contacted via email.
Completed orders will be shipped through Canada Post or you can save on shipping and pick local pickup at checkout.
Canada Post (Standard) - $15 Your package will be insured and we will send you a tracking number.
Canada Post (Expedited) - $20 Your package will be shipped out and arrive at the fastest available time for your area. A tracking number will also be sent to you so you can track your order once it is shipped.
Porch Pickup - Free To save on shipping costs we also offer free porch pickup. We are currently offering pickups in Fenwick. Please contact us via email (interiorbeautyjulia@gmail.com)to arrange a pickup time once you receive you pickup confirmation email.
